Thank you for Shopping Small and Shopping Wyckwood! We are a small business made up of more than 50 local designers and curators. Your purchase supports all of their businesses and families. We strive for all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for some reason, you aren’t 100% satisfied, here are our return policies, please feel free to contact us with any questions. 

Returning Shipped Items

No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for if item is damaged (as long as the hang tag has not been removed).

If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn and has the hang tag on. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship. You are responsible for shipping costs of returning items unless item is defective. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping your order will be deducted from the amount returned to you. Credit / Debit card refunds are available on items shipped out of state. Store credit will be issued for locally shipped or hand delivered purchases.

You are welcome to make returns in our Wheaton or Aurora locations at no cost.

Please contact us at orders@wyckwoodhouse.com approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns within 10 days of when item was delivered to you. We will not be accepting any returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of our face masks, due to the nature of the spread of COVID-19. We will not accept returns of intimate apparel. 

Returning Items Purchased In-Store

No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for if item is damaged (as long as the hang tag has not been removed). Items must be returned to the location they were purchased from.

If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn and has the hang tag on. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. This applies to any product with defects in craftsmanship. Returns will be given in-store credit. We do not offer cash or Credit/debit card refunds except for if your item has a defect in craftsmanship.
